As all of my pieces are made by hand, please allow 5-7 working days for any polymer clay orders to ship. Items listed as a preorder will have specific turnaround times included in the listing.

I don’t accept returns due to hygiene purposes, but if you have any issues with your order, please contact me within 28 days of purchase and I will be happy to work something out with you.

We recommend removing your clay jewellery before showering, swimming or bathing. If they need cleaned, do so with a soft damp cloth or a baby wipe.

While clay jewellery is flexible to some extent, with every pair carefully tested for flexibility to ensure they are fully cured before sale, repeat bending will cause them to eventually break - so please treat gently to ensure a long life. Handle with love!

All items are totally handmade, with sustainability at the core of what we do. Everything is slow-made in small batches, to the highest standard to make sure pieces last for a very long time. Unique, one-of-a-kind items are created from scrap clay, which prevents any of the materials I use from ending up in general waste. Packaging is 100% plastic free and fully recyclable to lower waste.

Conciously creating when working with a polymer material is extremely important to me, which is why there is a limited quantity of all designs.
